Business Trading Systems Support

Day to Day activities include:

Digging around on the Unix command line, trawling through log files; editing Cron entries; restarting processes; writing UNIX scripts; SQL useful; diagnosing middleware issues; understanding business context; phone / email conversations with traders, IT, development, QA, etc..

Experience required:

4+ years post graduate experience, experience with RAI Cache - absent this experience, experience with other last value caches, such as rv cache, TIBCO tic or the Reuters equivalent.

Experience with TIBCO Rendevous Routing Daemons (rvrds)

Experience with messaging in a multicast environment.

Strong UNIX skills.

Familiarity with TIBCO Hawk?
